Tea
is the second-most consumed beverages in the World. Still, the questions are
being asked for & against consuming tea, whether the tea is a boon or curse
for the humankind.
All
types of real tea are basically derived from the Camellia sinensis plant. The
only thing that differs tea is the process they go through. But in the case of
herbal tea, this particular tea is not a real tea because it is an infusion of
different herbs with tea.
It
is basically the Camellia sinensis plant which is originally found in China. To
make black tea, the tea leaves have to be wilted, bruised, rolled, and fully
oxidized. About 75% of people consume black tea in the world.

tea does not originally look like this, after being picked the leaves from the
tea plantation farms oxidation happens when the teas are made exposed to the

producing their brown coloring and familiar smell.

tea is actually as same as green & white tea, but the only difference is
that the black tea is made through the process of fermenting or oxidizing.
Fermentation V/s Oxidation
Fermented
means that the black tea is made to go through the process of oxidation which
turns the color of the tea darker as black that is why it is called as black
tea & when brewed the color will be turned into red. In chine, the tea
undergoes for the fermentation process which is kept damp and aged anywhere from
two months to over 20 years.
