Tea is the second-most consumed beverages in the World. Still, the questions are being asked for & against consuming tea, whether the tea is a boon or curse for the humankind. All types of real tea are basically derived from the Camellia sinensis plant. The only thing that differs tea is the process they go through. But in the case of herbal tea, this particular tea is not a real tea because it is an infusion of different herbs with tea. Rooibos (pronounced Roy-boss) or Red Tea is mainly cultivated on the African continent. It is known as an iconic national beverage of South Africa. Rooibos Tea has been traveled around the world. And it is called differently in a different country. Like In China, if you order Red Tea then, you will not get what you expect, you will get a black tea because in china red tea is used to describe traditional black tea. In western areas of the world, Red Tea is referred to as Rooibos Tea. It doesn’t contain any tea leaves from the Camellia sinensis tea plant.
